Q: How do I place an order on your website?
A: You may create an account, use guest checkout or login in through facebook. Creating an account is the best option because you receive exclusive email deals and gain points towards earning rewards.
Q: Where is my order? I haven't received it yet.
A: We ask that customers allow 5 to 10 business days for domestic shipping. For international shipping we ask that customers allow 10 to 20 business days.
Q: How come you haven't messaged me back?
A: Due to the high volume of emails we receive, a response from a Customer Service Representative may take up to 24 hours during peak season. Also, please check your spam folder for any responses.
Q: How do I remove my case after I put it on?
A: Because our cases are made to fit your device perfectly, sometimes the fit may be snug. You should be able to remove the two halves from a corner or opening on the sides of the case, if you do not have a case removal tool. Begin by prying the sides of the case open and continuing along the edge of the case. This should slowly release the locking clip attachment points so that you may remove one side of the case from the other.
Q: Why did the screen protector label leave residue after it was applied?
A: Please note, the sticker label is stuck to the outside of the protective layering. There are outer layers covering the actual screen protector from damage. If there is any paper or a sticky substance, the screen protector has not been applied properly. For further information, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
